Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped not later than 5 working days of receipt Tuesday - Saturday. Orders received between 2 pm to 3 pm on Saturday are due for processing by the next Tuesday in the new week. Curbside and in store pickup is also available, contact us at 269-280-6010.
We ship anywhere in the United States using the Unites States Postal Service via Parcel Post (Secured) to deliver our orders.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock, when the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
